I had a great time at this hotel! The location is super convenient, near the train station and Shinsaibashi station, making it easy to explore around. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the service was top-notch. However, finding the hotel initially after getting out of the subway station was a bit tricky, and the dining options, particularly the toasted sandwiches, left something to be desired.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The location was superb, just steps away from Honmachi train station and close to everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside was the initial challenge of finding the hotel after getting out of the subway station, but everything else made up for it.
